am a mental health and massage therapist with clients who range in age
from birth to 100 yrs. old. I enjoy working with individuals,
couples and groups. My approach is a unique "whole person"
one which makes sense and is effective. I work with physical injuries,
abuse issues, relationship concerns, and those who just want to "go
deeper" in their inner work in order to experience more self-love and peace.
Massage

a massage therapist I integrate Swedish, Shiatsu, Somatoemotional Release,
Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Body Harmony, and Reiki.
I have more than 15 years of experience treating clients who have injuries
due to car accidents, chronic neck and back pain, headaches, abuse issues
(I am also a mental health therapist), and other forms of trauma.
My work is transformational and healing.

use an integrative, unique approach to counseling. I synthesize counseling,
breathwork, and bodywork (when appropriate) to meet each person's need
for healing the whole person. With more than 15 years experience
working with individuals and couples, I am ready to assist you in your
journey to resolve current or past issues and acquire tools for lifelong
healing.
